Atelio to Exhibit 3D-Printed Objects at the 2026 Fine Furnishings Show

Salem-based design and fabrication studio to showcase its collection of contemporary vases and planters alongside its custom fabrication capabilities.

SALEM, MA — October 9, 2026 — Atelio, a Salem-based design and fabrication studio, has been selected to exhibit at the 2026 Fine Furnishings Show, taking place November 7–8 at the WaterFire Arts Center in Providence, Rhode Island. The annual event brings together independent designers, craftspeople, and makers from across the country to showcase handcrafted furniture, home accessories, and fine art.

Founded by landscape architects, Atelio specializes in 3D-printed objects, architectural elements, and large-scale installations. At this year's show, the studio will present a collection of contemporary vases and planters fabricated using PLA, PETG, and cement-based materials. The collection reflects Atelio's ongoing exploration of digital fabrication, material innovation, and the possibilities of additive manufacturing for functional and sculptural objects.

In addition to its product collection, Atelio will introduce visitors to its custom design and fabrication capabilities. Working across a range of scales and applications, the studio collaborates with designers, artists, and architects to develop project-specific objects and architectural elements that integrate directly into the design process.

Earlier this year, Atelio collaborated with California-based artist Lily Kwong on EARTHSEED DOME, a temporary, site-specific public art installation at Transamerica Redwood Park in San Francisco. The installation featured individually 3D-printed GeoMix blocks composed of recycled marble dust, limestone, and sand. Fabricated on site and in public view, the project demonstrated the potential of large-scale additive manufacturing to explore alternative materials and new approaches to public art and the built environment.

Visitors are invited to meet the Atelio team, explore the collection, and learn more about the studio's design and fabrication process during the two-day event.
