Crescent Wall

The Crescent Wall is the defining landscape feature of a new urban park at the heart of Riyadh's Financial District.

Serving as both a dramatic backdrop to the event lawn and a structural response to the site's sloping topography, the wall draws inspiration from the region's wadi landscapes. Its form reinterprets the geology of rock canyons, flowing water, and natural erosion through a contemporary design language.

A three-dimensional system of flat and grooved precast concrete tiles creates a sculptural surface with shifting depth, texture, and shadow, giving the wall a dynamic presence throughout the day and into the evening.
